How to join using MTN

1. Dial *165*6*3#

2. Enter MSACCO id which is MSACCO

3. Click yes to proceed

4. Select 6 (join)

5. Select number 1 to confirm

6. Enter institution id (TURI)

7. Enter SACCO account number in this format (eg,
   RB000… for customers in Rwentobo branch,
   RK000… for customers in Rushooka branch,
   RM000… for customers in Rugarama branch,
   RH000… for customers in Rwahi branch)

8. Set M-SACCO pin

9. Confirm the pin again

10. Then you will receive a message with MSACCO account.

How to join using Airtel

1. Dial *185*7*3#

2. Select option 1 (M-SACCO)

3. Select confirm consent to M-SACCO terms

4. Enter institution ID (4366745)

5. Enter recovery number eg, your other Phone contact

6. Set MSACCO pin (5 digits)

7. Confirm M-SACCO pin

Note: After joining, you will receive M-SACCO number. Please keep that number safely.
