1. How can I become a member of Turibamwe SACCO?
For Individuals:
Provide a copy of your National ID, Two passport-size photos and Pay a membership fee of UGX 25,000/= only.
For Groups
Copies of National IDs and two passport photos for each signatory, Group resolution to open an account, Mandate of the signatories, Pay a membership fee of UGX 35,000/=. Membership application form is available at all our branches and on this website.
2. Where are your offices located?
Our Head Office is located at Rushooka Trading Center, Kayonza Sub-county, Ntungamo District. We also have branches in: Rwentobo Trading Centre, Kyempene Trading Centre, and Rwahi Trading Centre
3. What types of savings products are available?
Turibamwe SACCO offers the following savings options: Voluntary Savings, Fixed Deposits – 12% interest per annum, with a 6-month maturity, Minors Savings – tailored for children and young savers
4. What loan products are available at Turibamwe SACCO?
We provide a wide range of loans including: Business, Agriculture, Boda Boda, Construction, School Fees, Bull Fattening, Asset Acquisition, Motor Vehicle, Home Improvement, and Water Harvesting Loans – all at 2% reducing interest, we also offer Emergency and Short Loans – at 4% flat interest
Loan Terms: Minimum loan: UGX 100,000/=, Maximum loan: UGX 100,000,000/=. Repayment period: 1 to 18 months
5. How many members does Turibamwe SACCO have?
We currently serve over 8,000 members, including: 4,436 men, 2,380 women, 1,236 groups and institutions.
